Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) ground pork
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork with all seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes). Add the chopped parsley (if using) and apple cider vinegar.
- Using your hands or a fork, mix the ingredients until well combined without overworking the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Place the patties on a plate or baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Preheat your grill or frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
